If you purchased your product directly from a store or other vendor, please return within 30 days to that same location with your proof of purchase. They will refund your money and return the product to us so we can reimburse them. Unless purchased through us directly, we never accept receipts from stores for a refund.

For purchases made directly through us, refunds are returned directly to your billing address via the Postal Service within 3 to 7 days.

When returning a product for refund, please make sure it is empty for weight reasons and new Postal Service regulations or just send the product's label with the barcode intact. If the problem is with the liquid itself, please make sure the cap is tightly affixed to the bottle. Please ship it via First-Class mail, to minimize your costs. Wrap the bottle with the same protective packaging so it will not shatter in shipment. We cannot reimburse you for your shipping costs.

International Shipments:

Alternative Health Networks, Inc. will ship virtually anywhere in the world. It is our customer's responsibility to determine any applicable laws. Additional fees may be assessed if an order weighs over 4 pounds, but will be kept to a minimum.

Product Shelf Life:

Each Red Earth herbal drop product has a shelf life of approximately five years and each Deva flower essence product has a shelf life of three years. Once the product is opened, the flower remedy should be used within a year while the liquid extract should be used within three years.

To determine the manufacturing date of any remedy, look at the Lot# on the label. The first three digits represent the exact day out of 365 days in a year that it was manufactured, and the last number represents the year (for example '0952' means the 95th day of 2002. OR '2348' means the 234th day of 1998). This system of dating/tracking is called "Julian Dating".
